Welcome to Auto Cloud Inc. By accessing or using our automotive e-commerce intelligence platform, tools, and services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the relationship between Auto Cloud Inc (Auto Cloud, we, us) and our B2B partners, manufacturers, and suppliers (User, you).
1. Services and License: Auto Cloud provides proprietary pricing intelligence, product data optimization, and market interchange analysis tools. Subject to compliance with these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access our platform solely for your internal business growth and optimization purposes.
2. Data Accuracy and Intellectual Property: All software, algorithms, methodologies, and market insights generated by our platform remain the exclusive intellectual property of AutoCloud Inc. While we strive for accuracy in our intelligence, data is provided as-is based on available marketplace visibility. Users are responsible for all marketplace strategies implemented based on our analysis.
3. Confidentiality: The pricing strategies and competitive cross-reference insights provided through the platform are confidential. Users agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding the proprietary data provided under their subscription. Sharing or reselling of AutoCloud intelligence to third parties is strictly prohibited without written consent.
4. Limitation of Liability: Auto Cloud Inc shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of margins or marketplace penalties. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in the twelve months preceding any claim.
